Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial models, budgets, and variance reports
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning
- Lead monthly close processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop KPI dashboards and present insights to stakeholders
- Optimize working capital and cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years relevant experience
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Tableau
- Experience in retail or manufacturing finance
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
