Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create detailed reports, forecasts, and models supporting strategic business decisions
- Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking against budget/forecast metrics
- Develop financial models for valuation, scenario planning, and M&A opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear, data-driven narratives
- Optimize financial processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
