- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or energy sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and M&A processes
