Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Lead monthly performance reviews with department heads and executive stakeholders
- Design and implement automated financial reporting dashboards using Power BI
- Analyze M&A opportunities and support due diligence processes
- Present complex financial insights to senior leadership through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps) and Excel advanced functions
- Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desirable
- Experience in the financial services or investment industry required
