Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the annual budgeting process and monitor variances.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and projected results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
