Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and valuation analyses for strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Collaborate with investment banking partners on M&A due diligence
- Create executive dashboards and KPI tracking systems
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and board committees
- Optimize working capital strategies and cash flow forecasting
- Lead process improvement initiatives in financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query/VBA
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA a plus
- Demonstrated success in high-growth industries
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
