Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Prepare detailed variance reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support M&A activities due diligence
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare or tech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial insights
