Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance, variance reports, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards highlighting KPIs and growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects in M&A, capital allocation, and risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
