Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects and initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
