Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends and variances.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal control standards.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital investment projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Certification as a CPA, CFA, or CMA is a strong plus.
