Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify investment opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and presentations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex data to non-financial audiences
