Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for $500M+ client portfolio
- Develop sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses supporting M&A activities
- Create executive-level dashboards and KPI reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational inefficiencies
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and SEC reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts through complex financial scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in healthcare/tech sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance executives
- Certification in FRM or CFA Level 2+ preferred
