Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including retirement, investment, and tax strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio through personalized consultations and relationship management
- Analyze market trends and economic data to provide actionable investment recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across wealth management products
- Maintain FINRA Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses with ongoing continuing education
- Leverage CRM tools to track client goals, performance metrics, and compliance documentation
- Participate in community outreach and networking events to expand Houston market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFP preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with $1M+ AUM
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable advice
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoneyAdvisor)
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to fiduciary responsibility
