Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through strategic outreach
- Analyze market trends and recommend tailored investment solutions
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis
- Stay current on financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team growth initiatives
- Participate in community financial literacy workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of investment products and estate planning
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and financial analysis tools
- Valid New Jersey Securities license
