Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans for 50+ high-net-worth clients
- Drive client acquisition through strategic networking and referral programs
- Monitor market trends and adjust investment strategies to optimize returns
- Comply with FINRA regulations and maintain all required securities licenses
- Mentor junior advisors while collaborating with portfolio management teams
- Leverage CRM systems to track client goals and performance metrics
- Present quarterly portfolio reviews and annual financial planning updates
Qualifications
- Series 7, 66, and life/health insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services or wealth management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- CFP or CFA designation preferred
- Valid Washington State securities registration
