Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end and quarter-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Proven experience with remote work tools and asynchronous collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
