Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidation reporting
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Maintain and optimize financial systems for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
