- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision

- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for financial operations
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Manage tax compliance and reporting for multi-entity structures
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in financial services or public accounting
- Expertise in GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
