Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audit coordination and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting systems (ERP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
