Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes with strict SOX compliance oversight
- Lead audits and tax preparation engagements for portfolio companies
- Develop automated financial models using advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online integrations
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining direct client relationships
- Implement GAAP-compliant accounting systems for emerging tech firms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years public accounting or tech finance experience
- Expertise in financial reporting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
