Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and risk assessments for senior management review
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify early warning signs of potential defaults
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in commercial lending or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE, or similar) preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial ratios, and cash flow analysis
