Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit applications to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure tailored credit solutions
- Develop and maintain risk assessment models using advanced Excel and financial software
- Present findings to credit committees with clear, data-driven insights
- Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and credit scoring software
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights
- Series 7 and/or Series 63/66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
