Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and risk mitigation strategies for executive review
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals of potential defaults
- Collaborate with commercial banking teams to structure optimal credit facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive credit analysis experience in commercial banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and underwriting principles
- Expertise in analyzing complex financial statements and cash flow projections
- Strong understanding of FICO scoring, industry risk factors, and regulatory frameworks
- Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or equivalent designation highly desirable
