Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness of corporate clients
- Prepare detailed credit risk assessments and recommend lending structures
- Monitor existing portfolios for early warning signs of financial distress
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure complex credit facilities
- Stay current with industry regulations and economic trends impacting credit risk
- Present findings to credit committees with clear data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance (FASB, OCC)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
