Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit reports with risk ratings and recommendations for loan approvals
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early identification of potential risks
- Collaborate with commercial lending teams to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement compliance requirements
- Present complex financial analyses to credit committees and senior management
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with banking regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or lending
- Expertise in financial statement analysis, ratio interpretation, and cash flow modeling
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and credit analysis software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks
