- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking/lending environment
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and credit scoring software
- Strong understanding of FICO scoring and industry risk metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts
