Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and credit scoring systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and credit risk management principles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with commercial lending in Central Valley markets
- Professional certification (CFA, CCM) preferred
