- Monitor existing portfolios for early risk detection and compliance adherence
- Stay current with regulatory changes (FIRREA, Reg Z) and implement best practices
- Present credit recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of credit analysis experience in banking/lending
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio interpretation
- Strong proficiency in Excel, credit software, and data visualization tools
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
