Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry trends to assess borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential early warning signs
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal financing solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Develop financial models for stress testing and scenario analysis
- Maintain accurate credit documentation and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and credit risk management principles
