Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolios and identify early warning indicators
- Collaborate with commercial lenders to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current on regulatory compliance requirements (FIRREA, BSA)
- Develop financial models for cash flow forecasting and stress testing
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with audit standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and ratios
- Experience with credit scoring models and risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Credit Risk Management certification (CRCM) preferred
