- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure customized credit solutions
- Stay current with industry regulations and bank lending policies
- Present credit recommendations to senior leadership committee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- CFP, CFA, or CRCM certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics)
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
