Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and creditworthiness of commercial borrowers
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessment reports
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify emerging credit trends
- Collaborate with relationship managers on structuring financing solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-risk exposures
- Maintain accurate documentation in credit management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and loan covenants
- Experience with credit risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
