Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial statements and credit risk profiles for mid-market to enterprise clients
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments supporting lending decisions up to $50M
- Collaborate with senior leadership on portfolio risk management strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional project teams
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting credit policies
- Present credit recommendations to executive committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years commercial credit analysis experience with exposure to energy/tech sectors
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
- Proven track record of managing complex credit portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Series 63/65/66 license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
