Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for diverse client portfolios
- Process monthly payroll, VAT returns, and bank reconciliations
- Generate financial reports and analyze budget variances
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Leverage Xero and QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping workflows
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel functions
- Recognized bookkeeping qualification (AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent)
