Responsibilities
- Maintain precise financial records using QuickBooks and advanced accounting software
- Process payroll bi-weekly with guaranteed weekly payouts for employees
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals for seamless compliance
- Implement financial controls to optimize cash flow and reduce operational risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-state tax knowledge (PA/NY)
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent designation preferred
- Proven track record of managing weekly payroll systems
