Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for leadership
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for 50+ employees
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation documentation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Expertise in GAAP principles and financial compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with high accuracy
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
- QuickBooks Payroll certification preferred
