Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flows)
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and Xero for financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks/Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTable expertise
- Proven track record in multi-client portfolio management
- Tax preparation experience (individual/business)
