Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle bookkeeping including AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end closings
- Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for executive review
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Oversee sales tax filings and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional services environment
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation expertise
