Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 50+ client accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll and manage tax compliance
- Implement and maintain accounting controls
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Xero
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
