Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll for 15+ clients
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and month-end closing reports
- Implement QuickBooks solutions and optimize accounting workflows
- Collaborate with CPA firms during tax season and audits
- Train junior staff on accounting software and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping with QuickBooks Pro certification
- Expertise in GAAP principles and Nevada tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP proficiency
- Proven experience managing multi-entity financial systems
- CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred
