- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation processes
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure seamless audit preparation
- Analyze financial trends to provide actionable business recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven track record in multi-client financial management
- Familiarity with Arizona sales tax regulations and compliance
- CPA or QuickBooks Advanced Certification preferred
