Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Coordinate with CPA firms for tax preparation and audits
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and compliance documentation
- Train junior staff on bookkeeping best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- AAS in Accounting or equivalent certification (CPA/CPB preferred)
- Proven experience with multi-client portfolio management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
