Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement QuickBooks optimizations for efficiency
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide financial insights to drive client decisions
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record with multi-client management
- Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP/Paychex)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with zero-error reconciliation history
