Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns
- Manage payroll processing and HMRC submissions
- Assist with audits and financial compliance
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in the UK
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Xero software
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
