Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee QuickBooks implementations and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals during compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain customized financial reporting systems for clients
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA knowledge
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing and sales tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion
