Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process and verify payroll transactions for employees.
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly reporting requirements.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel to track expenses and budgets.
- Ensure all financial data is organized and backed up securely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
