Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems for diverse clients
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Lead month-end closing procedures and tax documentation prep
- Mentor junior bookkeepers using standardized training protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting software
- Proven track record of managing multi-currency transactions
- Expert knowledge of sales tax compliance for Oklahoma businesses
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
