Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable with precision and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly close procedures efficiently.
- Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and general ledger entries.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all tax filings are accurate.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Experience with NetSuite or Xero is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
