Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations while maintaining accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with CPA firms for tax preparation and audit support
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years equivalent bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with multi-client bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll processing, and sales tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex datasets
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
