Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients across diverse industries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and collections processes
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CB preferred)
